welcome to the unfolding of your self

Living with “borderline personality disorder” (BPD) can be isolating, confusing, and exhausting.

So can seeking support — especially if we have experienced stigma, shaming, or felt misunderstood in the mainstream mental health world.

I believe it doesn’t have to be this way, and I work to offer support and information for people with BPD that honours and accepts the many different ways we can show up in the world.

Let’s find new ways for you to be your true self.

your emotions have so much to tell you

Your emotions are not “too much.” Emotions are how we make sense of our world and our selves. They give us information about what is important to us, what we desire, as well as what is not right for us. Being able to not only access and express our emotions, but to honour them, allows us to live our lives in a way that feels aligned and guided by our emotions — not controlled.

We experience the world in a way different than most. Our emotional experience, through which we make sense of our world, is typically a lot more intense. We can struggle with communication, closeness, balance, and boundaries. We can excel at understanding the feelings of those around us, and we can know a wide range of emotions. In the depths, we can access different knowledges, and we can create so much. My vision is for us to be able to embody our emotions in a way that allows us to be our fullest, most authentic selves.
